The PADI Wreck Specialty Course teaches you how to be safe when diving on a wreck.
We teach you about the hazards associated with wreck diving.

You’ll learn to lay a line, follow it and reel it in.
We will help you to fin without kicking up silt.

It’s Challenging – but fun!

There is a bit more equipment that you need to take with you – you’ll need a line and reel, slates and a compass for mapping

You’ll learn to lay a line, follow it and reel it in.
We will teach you finning techniques that don’t disturb the bottom

Diving on wrecks

The Wreck Specialty Course is 4 dives, so it can be completed in two days.
The course has a manual, and there is a knowledge review at the end.
We teach you about:

• planning
• using checklists to reduce mistakes
• awareness of your gas use
• how to lay lines for wreck penetration
• overhead environments
• hazards associated with wreck diving
• finning techniques to reduce kicking up silt
