We have 2 day trips on the water in the stunning Phang Nga bay
A longtail through the mangroves, canoe trip to Koh Tapu (made famous in the James Bond film The Man with the Golden Gun), visit Koh Pan Yee for a Thai lunch and a walk through the fisherman village. Finally a stop off at the monkey temple on the way home.
This trip will take you on a journey through the mangroves on a longtail, then through the caves and rock overhangs in a canoe. Your guide does the paddling and will show you hidden lagoons.
Our 3rd day trip is to some of the beautiful temples in this area.
We visit 3 beautiful temples: Dragon Cave Temple; Wat Bang Rieng; and Wat Suwanakuha (‘Wat’ is the Thai word for Temple). Dragon Cave Temple is reputed to be a place of healing, Wat Bang Rieng is located on a mountaintop, and Wat Suwanakuha is famous for it’s huge Buddha and of course, the monkeys.
All our day trips include lunch and transfers from hotels in the Khao Lak area
