EFR Course - learning CPR

EFR Primary Care

EFR is lifechanging – but fun!

We start by teaching you how to respond to life-threating situations (primary care).

Then we move on to secondary care (first-aid).
This is the care that you would give to make someone more comfortable.

EFR Secondary Care

The Emergency First Response Course (EFR) is for everyone

The Emergency First Response Course isn’t just for divers. It’s for anyone, anywhere. If you have family or friends, one day they may need help. While no-one is claiming that this course will turn you into a paramedic, if you were in a position to help, wouldn’t you want to be able to? The course can be completed in one day in the classroom. It has a manual, and there is both a knowledge review and an exam at the end.

We teach you about:
