Day Trip / Multi-day on Surin Islands
The Surin Islands National Marine Park rates as one of Thailand's prime island locations.
The two main islands Koh Surin Nua (North Surin Island) and Koh Surin Tai (South Surin Island) form the bulk of the land mass. There are 3 other islands that give extra reefs to explore.
The coral reefs around the island are shallow and largely undisturbed, making this one of the best snorkel sites in Thailand.
The islands are naturally uninhabited except for the Nomadic Sea Gypsies – the Moken People.
Peaceful and tranquil, lots of wildlife can be found on the island including flying squirrels, pig tailed monkeys, flying lizards, eagles and sea eagles.
The Surin Islands are less visited by tourists than the Similans, and are really something special. We can arrange Day Trips, Overnight Stays, or longer trips if desired.
