Go2Similan offers trips to both the Surin Islands and Similan Islands. Private guiding, family groups, safe and reassuring ‘discover scuba‘ experiences, and PADI courses up to professional level are all part of the service.
Our shop stocks a great range of rashguards, beach shoes, masks and snorkels and our new range of DiveSilver, for a special treat.

Gary is a very experienced dive instructor. He now focuses on planning, logistics and keeping our speedboat running.
Ann Christmas
Course Director
Ann teaches advanced level courses from Rescue Diver right up to Scuba Instructor. She has a wicked sense of humour.

On is our dive centre assistant. She helps out with paperwork, bookings and sales. She's awesome!

Captain
Kim is our speedboat captain. He's always smiling, and helpful. His years of experience make him safe and calm.
Hasan

Hasan is our Boatboy and he is amazing. He's hard working, always smiling, has great English and can freedive to 20m!

Dive Centre Assistant
May helps us with promotions and sales, she's also our snorkel guide on boat charters, and is a keen diver.

Andi is our latest addition to the team - an experienced instructor who speaks both English and German fluently.
The Owners
We are Ann and Gary Gammage.
Before becoming professional scuba instructors, we ran rental accommodation, pubs & restaurants, and learned the art of looking after our customers.
Our Roles as Scuba Instructors
Ann runs our advanced level training and Gary runs our beginner level courses in Khao Lak, on the west coast of Thailand.
History
Gary and Ann started by running Bambu Diving in Turkey.
It was named after Bambu Apartments where it was based.
We bought Go2Similan in 2017, became a PADI 5 star centre in 2018, and a PADI Instructor Development Centre in 2019.
